ezanser.com sells digital guidance reports that are generated and delivered instantly upon payment. Because the full content of your personalized report is made available to you immediately after purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

No physical goods

We do not sell or ship any physical products. All purchases — one-time reports and monthly subscriptions — are for digital, downloadable content only. There is nothing to return or exchange in a physical sense.

Subscription cancellations

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Any remaining downloads in your current period remain available until the period ends.
